We require that all exhibitors hand-make their product. Absolutely no buy-sell items are allowed. The artists must be present in their booth during the show. We do not allow representatives to take their place.

We embrace the spirit of the communities that host our festivals and welcome non-profit groups to participate as space allows. If you are interested in promoting your non-profit group in 2021 at SouthbayPride Apply here now!

When choosing food vendors, we avoid duplicated for the majority of items that we allow to be sold. Additional selection criteria are based on the uniqueness of the food you have to sell, the variety you have to offer, the appearance of your set-up and presentation of your food.
